General Responsibilities

Installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

Accurately diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults in heating, cooling, and air quality units.
- Communicating recommendations clearly to clients and walking them through service options without high-pressure sales tactics.

Maintaining a clean, stocked service vehicle and properly caring for company equipment.

Adhering to all safety protocols and Gulf Coast local building codes.
Key Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

EPA Certification (for technical roles) or willingness to obtain certification.

NATE Certification or trade school completion is a strong plus.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Physical capability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in typical Gulf Coast attic and outdoor environments.
